The state's licensed sportsbook market is small relative to its population because Wyoming itself is small (population ~580K). The Wyoming AG and Gaming Commission have not moved against CFTC-regulated prediction markets, and Wyoming's broader regulatory tradition favors light-touch federal-deference approaches.
