Acceptable
- CFTC filings & advisories
- Court records & legal opinions
- Operator's official terms & published fees
- Government regulator publications (state & federal)
- Tier-1 financial press for market data
Unacceptable
- Forum posts & social media speculation
- Affiliate review aggregators without primary citation
- Operator marketing copy presented as independent fact
- Outdated regulatory commentary (>6 months for state law)
Update Policy
- Platform reviews are audited monthly.
- Regulatory content is updated within 48 hours of a material change.
- Promo offers and bonus terms are verified at minimum monthly.
Corrections Policy
Errors are corrected with a visible correction notice on the affected article and logged on our corrections page.
