Transparency matters. When we get something wrong — a factual error, a stale figure, or a misattribution — we fix it on the page and log it here, dated and explained. Minor typo fixes and stylistic edits are not logged.
Our correction policy
- Material errors (wrong facts, wrong figures, wrong dates, misattributed quotes) are corrected within 48 hours of verification.
- Substantive updates (regulatory changes, platform feature changes, new offers) are reflected in the article and noted here.
- Minor edits (typos, grammar, clarifications that do not change meaning) are made silently.
- Corrected articles display a "Last reviewed" date in the byline so readers can see freshness at a glance.
